Etude training can be seen as part
of an overall package supporting our
clients to become self sufficient in
key areas. Often, this means combining
training sessions with on site mentoring,
skills transfer and consultancy to
enable the delegates to be able to
effectively use the skills they are
learning. As each situation and requirement
is different, flexibility is the key.
We have many years experience in planning
and running training solutions of all
shapes, sizes and complexities.
Our flexibility is due to the fact
that we only use highly experienced
consultants with years of real hands
on knowledge, gained on the job. This
means that they can understand real
issues and address specific problems
pragmatically. They don’t have
to, or need to follow a script.
But not all great consultants can
train successfully! At Etude, all our
trainers specialise in being able to
communicate the concepts, ideas and
knowledge they have accumulated, simply
and effectively. They use real world
examples of what and what not to do:
identify practical tips and pitfalls
and encourage the practice of new techniques
and participation and discussion wherever
possible.
