DSDM is a Rapid Application
Development (RAD) approach to delivering IT systems.
It provides a framework for building and maintaining
applications within tight time constraints, through
the use of iterative and incremental prototyping
in a controlled project environment .
The course will give participants:
- An overview of the Dynamic Systems Development.
- An appreciation of DSDM and how it can best
be used.
- A sound knowledge of the concepts of DSDM,
enabling the delegate to participate outside
of the core team on to a project.
