Course Duration   3 Days

Course Overview

Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM), is a Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach to delivering IT systems. It provides a framework for building and maintaining applications within tight time constraints, through the use of iterative and incremental prototyping in a controlled project environment. The DSDM Consortium controls the content of the method and accredits practitioners in its use.

Advanced Business Concepts Ltd has been approved by the DSDM Consortium and the Information Systems Examining Board (ISEB) for the excellence of its training.

The course objectives are
1. to prepare the delegates for participation in DSDM projects, and
2. to provide the knowledge necessary for subsequent ISEB certification as a DSDM Practitioner.

On completion delegates will:

  • have a detailed understanding of the principles of DSDM.
  • be able to decide whether DSDM is, or is not, appropriate in any given situation.
  • participate effectively in collaborative workshops.
  • reach a level of knowledge to progress to "DSDM Practitioner" certification.

The course is intended for IT professional and end-users who will be taking key roles in DSDM Projects.

The DSDM Consortium strongly recommends that any person taking such a leading role in a DSDM project should attend such a course.
